- Families experiencing struggles with communication and connection.

- Adults dealing with parenting challenges, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and other life stressors.

I offer both in-person and virtual sessions. 

Please note that I operate on a fee-for-service basis and am out of network with all insurance companies. While I do not bill insurance directly, I can provide monthly superbills for you to submit for potential partial reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits.
